Laura (Casey Calvert) longs to start a family, but her husband Matthew (Seth Gamble) is not on board with the idea, angrily insisting that she’s rushing things. Bokeb However, when Matthew returns from a business trip, he unexpectedly declares that he’s ready to have a bundle of joy now. Matthew has sex with Laura multiple times, trying to get her pregnant… in fact, he seems obsessed with making it happen. After multiple failed attempts, they get the help of a physician, Doctor Bill (Daniel Shar), and Laura finally becomes pregnant. However, the pregnancy turns out to be difficult, as Laura struggles with terrible morning sickness and disturbing dreams. Matthew then surprises her by saying he got a doula, Grace (Leana Lovings), who will stay with them to assist Laura with everything she needs. Grace seems kind and helpful, so Laura tries to be grateful despite Grace’s very different view of the world. But as Grace and Matthew seem to grow closer, Laura begins to feel unsettled. Things take another disturbing turn during the next trip to see Doctor Bill, when the doctor doesn’t even want to listen to Laura, so he has her go out to the waiting room to sit with another pregnant patient (Alison Rey) while he talks to Matthew and Grace about the pregnancy without her. As Matthew and Grace seem to grow even closer, Laura dreams of being bred by three strangers (Tommy Pistol, Robby Apples, and Codey Steele) while Doctor Bill takes notes about her fertility. Laura has no idea what’s happening to her, but it seems like her fantasy of starting a family is becoming a nightmare…
